Terms of Service

Welcome to RecruitHER. By accessing our website, enrolling in our Academy, or utilizing any of our supportive recruiter platforms such as our Graduate Job Portal and ATS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the RecruitHER platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
 

2. Description of Service

RecruitHER provides an educational academy for recruiters, a marketplace for recruiters to search for companies seeking top recruiting talent, and Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) platform powered by proprietary AI matching software. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
 

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
 

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your professional profile updated.
     

4. The RecruitHER Academy (Educational Content)
 

  • License: Upon enrollment, RecruitHER grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our course materials for personal professional development.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not record, download, redistribute, or sell Academy content. Sharing account access with non-registered users is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
     

5. Marketplace and RaaS Engagements
 

  • Matching Services: RecruitHER uses AI-powered tools to facilitate connections between recruiters and organizations. While we strive for accuracy, RecruitHER does not guarantee the performance of any candidate or the validity of any job offer.

  • Direct Hire/Solicitation: Users of the Marketplace agree to abide by specific fee structures for placements as outlined in their individual service agreements or "Recruiting as a Service" contracts.

  • Professional Conduct: Users must interact in a professional, non-discriminatory manner. RecruitHER reserves the right to remove any user who fosters a toxic environment or violates our community standards.
     

6. Fees and Payments
 

  • Subscription & Tuition: Fees for the Academy or Marketplace access are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • RaaS Fees: Fees for recruitment services are governed by the specific project-based or value-based pricing models agreed upon in your service contract.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to services if payments are not received by the due date

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including logos, curriculum, AI algorithms, software code, and the "RecruitHER" brand—is the exclusive property of RecruitHER LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without express written consent.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitHER and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or employment disputes between matched parties.
 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. RecruitHER disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to RecruitHER immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Seattle, WA.
