Fun fact: All recruiters started with zero experience at one point! If you can have a genuine conversation and actually care about helping people, you've already got the most important skills. We'll teach you everything else!
Can I do this with a full-time job?
YES! Lots of our girls are recruiting on the side of their current commitments. Whether you're a nurse, teacher, mom, or corporate queen – this works around YOUR schedule. Most start with evening calls or between their existing responsibilities.
How long until I'm certified?
It’s a 9 week journey. You’ll get a clear schedule with all of the tips and tricks in order to be successful. The best part? You only have to dedicate a couple hours a week!
What kind of support do I get?
